| Application【應用】 | 本試劑盒適于酶促定量測定食物及其他材料中的葡萄糖水平。 首先通過己糖激酶催化三磷酸腺苷(ATP)磷酸化葡萄糖。 隨后，在存在氧化型煙酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)的條件下，葡萄糖-6-磷酸(G6P)通過葡萄糖-6-磷酸脫氫酶(G6PDH)催化的反應磷酸化為6-磷酸-葡萄糖酸。 在這一氧化反應中，相等摩爾數量的NAD被還原為NADH。 相應增加的340 nm吸光值即與葡萄糖濃度直接成正比。 |
