| General description【一般描述】 | Ascentis 系列色譜柱是 Supelco 科學家推出的第四代 HPLC 色譜柱技術。Ascentis 系列色譜柱是以高純硅膠為基質，孔徑 100Å，硅膠粒徑為 3、5 和 10 微米。該色譜柱用于小分子的應用，柱內徑可從微徑柱(1.0mm 內徑)擴展到制備尺寸(50mm 內徑)。該系列包括 C18、C8、苯基、Si 和內嵌極性基團相(反相酰胺)。 Ascentis C18 是特別穩定可靠的首選 HPLC 色譜柱，即使對于難以分離的化合物也能提供對稱的峰形和出色的保留性能。 |
